What's so special about Trive you ask?

The product we are building is about to change the way development companies like ours develop and deliver their services and products.

What we are doing here is no small feat and that's why we want to attract only the most willing and friendly people to be a part of the story.

Aside from standard perks, like a peaceful and cozy workplace with snacks and serious amounts of coffee our workdays are mostly filled with deadlines and compelling client projects.
To deliver value to our clients without running the long mile when we don't have to. It's already paying off even in this early stage of development.

Imagine what it will be like when all three stages are complete.

This is were you come in.

Almost forgot, the salaries range from 7000Kn to 18000Kn [net] depending on your skill and experience.

Frequently asked questions

Can I work remotely?

Yes, however if you are a junior developer it’s best to consider relocating.

What is your hiring pocess?

It’s pretty straightforward. Upon your application review, we get back to you with a timed task that test your general OOP knowledge. When the test is done, we review it and let you know how it went.

If your solution is satisfactory we invite you for a one to one interview with our CTO.

After that it’s a few days util we decide if we are a good fit and we take it from there.

Wait, but why?

Solving one timed task gives a feel of your capabilities and even if you don’t pass it, we’ll still take time and explain what you can do to make it better. For next time, that's always an option.
